This Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel tanks (two thirds) and neutral oak barrels (one third). Monthly stirring of the lees helps develop texture and complexity. This is a broad, rich wine packed with white melons, nectarine peel, fennel leaves, spearmint, lime zest and white slate.
