Event planning questionnaire

Thank you for choosing Applejack! We would be happy to put a quote together for you. Please take a moment to answer the following questions and review our policies (found below the form). You should expect to recieve a quote from one of our event planners within 72 hours.

Policies

Applejack does not require a deposit for you to place your order. Full payment is required at least two weeks before the date of pick-up or delivery. If you pay with credit card, we try to wait to run the card until the order is fully filled and ready to go.


Applejack does offer a case discount on a full case of one product (no mixed cases) so long as the product is not on sale. The case discount is usually 7-10% off of the full price. There are no volume discounts and some exclusions may apply.


For deliveries in the Denver Metro Area there is a $50 minimum order of qualifying products and a $9.99 delivery fee. If the order is over $100 of qualifying products, the delivery fee is waived. Any order that includes a keg is charged an additional delivery fee of $39.99.


Keg/Tap/Tub deposits are fully refundable upon the return of the product.


Pick-up service in the Denver Metro Area is generally available on the next business day for a fee, normally around $30. All pick-ups need to be scheduled ahead of time. (Pick-up availability and fee are subject to change and need to be discussed on a case by case basis.)


Unused merchandise is eligible for return as long as the product is unopened and the labels are in good condition. Beer must be returned in the sealed factory carton or six-pack carrier. There are no refunds on Keg Beer. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed unless you have made your purchase according to the quantity recommendations of one of our Event Planners.


Delivery orders must be signed for by someone 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license. We will be writing down the driver's license number and expiration date for our records.
