The Prince de Richemont Blanc de Blancs Brut has a delightful pale golden color with fine, persistent bubbles. The delicate nose reveals white fruit and floral notes. Prince de Richemont comes exclusively from carefully selected grapes, using the tank fermentation method, also called the Charmat method, after its inventor at the beginning of the 20th century. This technique employs the same principles of fermentation as the traditional method, the only difference being that the secondary fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank, rather than in the bottle. The secondary fermentation of PRINCE DE RICHEMONT wines is made in small vertical tanks, allowing better stirring of the lees, which enhances the formation of fresh, fruity flavors.
