The grapes for this wine come from vineyards located in Manchuela, Castilla, planted between 1946 and 1986. Average yield is 31 Hls./Hct. Only perfectly mature clusters are harvested in the beginning of September. Cold soaked maceration for 24 hours and fermentation under temperature controlled conditions.
