This great vineyard just outside the town of Occidental has a produced a rich, full-bodied 2018 Pinot Noir Occidental Ridge Vineyard. One of the deeper colored in the lineup, it offers a fruit-driven bouquet of black raspberries, black cherries, spice box, loamy earth, and underbrush. With plenty of structure, medium to full body, and a great finish, I’d give bottles 2-3 years to develop more complexity, but it should be long-lived.
