For more than 2,500 years, humans have been cultivating grapes and making pale, pink wine in the sun-drenched, windswept vineyards of Provence. On rocky outcrops and high plateaus nestled between the mountains and the sea, grapevines bask in the brilliant sunshine. About 90% of all wine produced in Provence is Rosé, making it the true Rosé capital of the world.
Pale pink in color, this is a highly aromatic wine with a bright bouquet of candied strawberries and pomegranate tied together with hints of thyme and rosemary. Lush and fuller bodied on the palate, notes of raspberries and citrus fruit linger with a fresh mouth-watering minerality. Pair with lobster bisque or roasted salmon with herbs de Provence.
