Aperol Spritz

The Aperol Spritz is an Italian wine-based cocktail, commonly served as an aperitif in Northeast Italy.

Ingredients

    • 12 oz. Aperol
    • 1 750 ml bottle Prosecco, Chilled
    • Fever Tree Soda
    • 6 half-round of oranges or blood orange

Mix It

  • 1. For each drink fill a wine glass with ice
  • 2. Fill each glass with two-thirds with Prosecco
  • 3. Add 2 oz of Aperol
  • 4. Add a splash of soda water 
  • 5. Add an orange slice
  • 6. Stir
  • 7. Serve Ice Cold
