Aperol Spritz
The Aperol Spritz is an Italian wine-based cocktail, commonly served as an aperitif in Northeast Italy.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. Aperol
- 1 750 ml bottle Prosecco, Chilled
- Fever Tree Soda
- 6 half-round of oranges or blood orange
Mix It
- 1. For each drink fill a wine glass with ice
- 2. Fill each glass with two-thirds with Prosecco
- 3. Add 2 oz of Aperol
- 4. Add a splash of soda water
- 5. Add an orange slice
- 6. Stir
- 7. Serve Ice Cold
