A dry, full-bodied velvety red which, rather than leaping out of the glass, pulls you in…hints of red fruit, pepper, coffee, sandalwood and roast beef culminate in a lush, long aftertaste. We co-ferment this Coté Rotie-style blend when logistics allow. The Syrah takes the back seat, serving as the muscular structure to present the aromatic Malvasia Bianca.
