This rum has notes of vanilla, toffee and oak. On the sweeter side, but finishes dry. A great rum for a bourbon drinker to try and priced right for sipping or mixing.

This rum is great on the rocks and does well as a mixer with 1 part Cayman Reef Gold Rum, 2 parts Cola and a lime wedge.
