A supple, bright, fruity light-to-medium body with a tingling, delightful swift whipped cream, gelato and slightly peppery finish. A lively rum that will mix well.

1 1/4 oz Cayman Reef Aged Spiced Rum
6 oz hot apple cider

Rim an old-fashioned glass with sugar and cinnamon. Add hot cider and rum, and serve.
