Chateau Cantelaudette was established by the Chatelier family in 1870.

Today, fourth generation Jean-Michell Chatelier manages 49 hectares of AOC Graves de Vayres vineyards.

The Graves de Vayres appellation takes its name from the soils which are predominantly gravel or a mix of sand and gravel, as well as its proximity to the village of Vayres. These soils, as well as the microclimate of the region, are particularly suited to Merlot which comprises 75% of plantings.


Chatelier's wines consistently represent truly amazing values with lovely supple fruit and fine gravelly notes to complete the profile. A “Baby Graves” to drink every night!
