Cut from the same cloth as the 2018, yet slightly more
elegant and streamlined, the 2019 Château Romefort
offers a medium-bodied, seamless, nicely balanced profile
as well as a vibrant nose of spiced red and black fruits,
tobacco, and toasty oak. I was able to taste two bottles of
this, both showing beautifully. Give it a year or two and
enjoy over the following decade.
