Classic Spanish Sangria
This crowd pleaser could be the most popular Spanish drink. The name is a spin on sangre, the Spanish term for blood, which refers to its deep red color. Enjoy this flavorful drink that will bring a whole lot of fun to the party.
- 1 bottle red wine
- 1½ cups silver rum
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup sugar
- Orange, lemon and lime cut into wedges for garnish
- 1. In a large pitcher, combine red wine, silver rum, orange juice and sugar.
- 2. Stir until completely dissolved.
- 3. Add fruit and chill.
