This Lambrusco is produced in accordance with the highest standards of quality, including a slow secondary fermentation in closed tanks. The resulting wine has an elegant and dry taste, showing a brilliant acidity, fine and persistent perlage, and a bright, clear rose color.

This outstanding dry Lambrusco is made from premium grapes selected in the vines of Azienda Agricola Chiarli of Sozzigalli (Sorbara), located in the fertile soils of northern Modena.
