Our Sauvignon Blanc comes from Clone 1 vines planted in our Cliffside Vineyard. Fermentation and storage in stainless steel help preserve classic Sauvignon Blanc aromatics of citrus blossom and kaffir lime with notes of candied peach and Colorado River rock. On the palate, this wine displays medium high acid with lots of citrus and mineral notes to refresh on a hot Colorado afternoon!
