This Merlot is big, with aromas black cherry, and ripe fruit, the fruit flavor up front blend into flavors of toasted oak, light spice and moderate tannins with good structure and lots of complexity. Try it with roast duck and a black cherry sauce. It will accompany any red meat, but is best paired with Colorado lamb.
