Paola Medina, the Master Blender, Technical Director & Winemaker at Bodegas Williams & Humbert, belongs to the second generation of the Medina family, owners of leading Jerez winery Bodegas Williams & Humbert. DOS MADERAS 5+5 PX is one of the world’s only triple aged rums. After ageing 5 years in the tropics, it rests for 3 years in Palo Cortado Sherry Casks, then 2 more years in Pedro Ximenez Solera Casks.

Dark amber with elegant notes of fig and raisin. A balanced palate accented with ripe fruit and tropical spice over a smoky oak and tobacco finish, layered with hints of sherry.
