The 2021 El Pedrosal Crianza, sold in some markets as Cepa Gavilán Crianza, is a classical Crianza made from 100% Tempranillo, with good ripeness and 14.5% alcohol but showing the brightness and freshness of the year. They age it in used French and American oak barrels for 12 months looking for the balance between fruit and oak. It fermented by vineyard with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. It has a soft texture and tender tannins.
