The grapes are carefully processed, softly pressed and gently fermented at low temperature to preserve the whole fullness of the wine. This is how a great sparkling wine with fine aromas and a noble, finely beaded mousse arose.

On the nose, a delicate aroma of golden apple, Williams pears, citrus and a hint of brioche. The palate features Fresh overtones, and a very rich, creamy finish.
