This wine is a riper style of Albarino. On the palate, it's gentle and peachy with some lingering mineral and rock notes that add complexity and exemplify classic Rias Baixas character. The finish shows peach, yellow apple, and even some tropical fruits.

This winery is a new project between the Gil family of Jumilla and Jorge Ordonez. The winemaker is Alistair Gardner from New Zealand, well regarded for his work in white wines both in Spain and in New Zealand.

Salted peaches and white blossoms with a briny, tangy palate. Medium body, with a pretty intense mid-palate despite its peachy flavors. Delicious and lightly saline in the finish.

There’s a flinty edge to the poached apricot and white cherry fruit flavors on display in this leesy white. Hints of chamomile, spun honey, Meyer lemon peel and blanched almond add complexity, while a firm spine of crunchy acidity amps up the freshness and fine tension through the clean-cut, salty finish.
