100% Chardonnay grown in the sandy hills of Asti. Vineyards
are harvested entirely by hand and quickly moved to stainless steel for fermentation. After primary fermentation the
wine is aged for 6 months sur lie, no malolactic, in a combination of 90% steel tank, and 10% used 750 liter tonneaux.
