The Chianti of Fattorie Marchesi di Torrigiani presents itself with an intense ruby red color. On the nose it expresses aromas of small ripe red fruits, iris and violet which chase notes of Mediterranean herbs, vanilla and dark spices. The sip is round and structured, supported by well-integrated tannins and a pleasant fruity and spicy finish. At the table it goes well with mature cheeses as well as tasty land dishes based on red meat or game.
