Very distinct, focused nose, with a fragrant herbal lining (sage, crushed mint and thyme). The palate follows with red apple, plum and deliciously crunchy orchard fruit (peach, nectarine and pineapple) at the core. Beautiful weight on the mid-palate, offset by the great citrus drive of white grapefruit.

Freshly crushed strawberries, plums and grapefruit on the nose, following through to a crisp and fresh palate. Simple and bone-dry, but has thirst-quenching crunchiness and a pithy finish.
