One of the most famous cocktail of all time, the Martini is crisp, cold and classic. Making a Martini up or straight up means the Gin will be chilled with ice, usually by shaking or stirring and strained into the martini glass.
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth (or the amount of your preference)
- Garnish: cocktail olives
- 1. Mix both ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
- 2. Strain into a chilled martini glass
- 3. Garnish with olives
