The fruit was hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed and partially arrel fermented with a large portion remaining in stainless steel to preserve the fresh vibrancy of the wine. Our team employed an elevage of neutral French oak barrels and stainless steel utilizing Bâtonnage to impart a creamy mouthfeel and retaining the brightness expected from Willamette Valley Chardonnay.
