Inspired by legend, Spanish settlers are said to have hidden their greatest treasures from pirates and privateers, including Sir Francis Drake, on one island among the thousands off Chile’s coastline—an island they named Santa Isle, near waters later called the Drake Passage. Over time, stories of the Ghost of Santa Isle became part of the lore.

Today, Santa Isle Wines draws inspiration from this legend, crafting award-winning wines meant to be enjoyed around fire, food, family, and friends.
