To enhance our Cabernet Sauvignon’s bright cherry aromas and soft mouthfeel, the juice undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation. After a period of aging, the result is a delicious, medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon bursting with bold red fruit aromas.
