The Language of Yes Syrah En Passerillage 750 ml

Randall Grahm is a pioneer of the northern and central California wine scene. A noted Rhone Ranger and owner of Bonny Doon winery in northern California. He has always made wine in true American fashion, pushing boundaries and stepping outside of boxes. This project is no different. Randall is working with varieties typically found in southern France in Paso Robles. The results are wonderful. This wine has a brambly fruit nose with some prominent minerality winding through. The mouthfeel is a balanced push-and-pull between subtle herbs and coating dense fruit that lifts on the palate with great natural acidity. This is a wine for those lean meats like grilled lamb or pork.
