With the passing of time the elegant, round overtones of oak are fused, in close harmony with the strong spirituous aroma of venerable distillates that give character to Torres 10. The ageing is done in oak casks using the traditional "solera" system. This method activates the ageing process with all of the character of an aged brandy.

The Torres family surname has been linked with wine for more than three centuries, during which time our ancestors have worked vineyards in Penedès, a land with a millenarian tradition of wine. Commercial activity began in 1800, with a horse-drawn carriage used to transport wine in wooden barrels.
