Troon Vineyard Vermentino 750 ml

From Troon's certified organic and soon to be certified Biodynamic estate vineyard in the Applegate Valley, set on terroir that's a mix of granite and river sediment. The grapes are crushed by foot, then fermented in neutral barrels on indigenous yeast. Aged for six months in old Burgundy barrels, then bottled without addition of sulfur.
