Orders can be shipped to states which allow for shipments of wine via FedEx Ground or Express services. A wire transfer is required for the high profile/high fraud wines (i.e. Opus).

Alaska - Shipping is limited to the Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, Ketchikan, Kodiak, Sitka, and Valdez areas only via FedEx Express. Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, Ketchikan, and Kodiak areas only via FedEx Ground. Shipping direct to consumers in these Alaska ZIP codes is allowed.

Applejack cannot ship beer.

Applejack cannot ship grain alcohol such as Everclear.

Applejack will ship 1.5L or irregularly shaped wine bottles on a case by case basis depending on packaging the bottle safely (or size and weight discrepancies, etc.). Additional charges may apply.

If you would like your wine delivered or shipped to you we will contract with a third party carrier on your behalf to ship; by requesting delivery of your order you authorize us to do so. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to, and acting on behalf of you, the purchaser. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the transportation or delivery by the third party common carrier. Title and the risk of loss or damage to products intended for shipment pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for any breakage, loss of goods or damage of wine by the carrier and you are responsible for all insurance as well as shipping costs in accordance with our shipping policies. There are no refunds for breakage, loss of, or damage to products once the order has shipped. We make no representations as to your legal rights to ship or import wine from the state in which you reside or into any other state; you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, obtaining all necessary licenses or permits, and paying all tax or other amounts due. You agree to hold Applejack Wine & Spirits harmless for any loss, damage, or breakage occurring during or after the shipment of your order.


During periods of extreme temperatures we will hold your wine free of charge until the weather is suitable for shipping. Please note that if the weather is above 80°F or below 32°F at our location or your shipping destination, we will not ship your wine unless you contact us and tell us to do so. This means shipment of your wine can be delayed for several months during these periods.

If you would like us to ship your wine, regardless of the weather, please notify us to authorize shipment. Should you choose to ship during extreme weather conditions, you assume all responsibility for possible weather-related damage.
