As the grapes ripen on the vine, persistent winds from the Pacific coast roll through our Oregon vineyards, toughening the fruits' skin and allowing the flavors within to mature. This regional phenomenon is the inspiration for the Aeris name, Latin for "air".

A blend of Pinot Noir from the best vineyard sources in Oregon, Aeris is prevalent with Bing cherry and ripe berry on the nose, leading to hints of oak and a lively aciditiy on the palate. This wine rounds out with silky, lingering tannins.

Nicely balanced with a texture as velvety as opera house curtains, the Aeris is one nice deal. The wine's aromas are rich and fruity, with macerated strawberries and passion fruit aided by a bit of black coffee. A firm tannic structure frames flavors of red cherries and hibiscus tea.
