Alipus Ensamble was originally released in the US in mid-2016. There have been additional releases since due to it’s popularity. It is made by mezcalero Don Valente Angel is San Andrés, Oaxaca and it contains many of the signature qualities that one expects when drinking mezcal made by this master mezcalero. This mezcal is a blend of 80% maguey Espadin and 20% semi-wild maguey Bicuishe. The result is a bright, floral, and richly-textured Mezcal.
