This cocktail originated in Venice, Italy. This light fruity drink is a perfect way to kick-start your weekend brunch. Absolutely lovely.
- 1 medium ripe, peeled and pureed peach
- 4-6 oz Champagne
- 1. Pour peach puree into glass and slowly add Champagne
- 2. Stir gently
- 3. Garnish with a peach slice
