Boozy Root Beer Float

The soda shop classic gets a grown-upgrade with the addition of hard root beer and dark rum. Our boozy root beer float recipe is a must!

Ingredients

    • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
    • 2 tablespoons (1 oz.) dark rum
    • 3/4 cup (6 oz.) bottled hard root beer
    • Whipped cream (optional)

Mix It

  • 1. Place ice cream in a tall glass or beer mug
  • 2. Add rum, and top with hard root beer
  • 3. If desired, top with whipped cream
  • 4. Serve immediately
