Boozy Root Beer Float
The soda shop classic gets a grown-upgrade with the addition of hard root beer and dark rum. Our boozy root beer float recipe is a must!
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons (1 oz.) dark rum
- 3/4 cup (6 oz.) bottled hard root beer
- Whipped cream (optional)
Mix It
- 1. Place ice cream in a tall glass or beer mug
- 2. Add rum, and top with hard root beer
- 3. If desired, top with whipped cream
- 4. Serve immediately
