It has a satiny, bright fruity sweet medium body with a medium-length spiced finish. A well balanced spiced rum that will mix great.

1 1/4 oz Cayman Reef Aged Spiced Rum
6 oz hot apple cider
Rim an old-fashioned glass with sugar and cinnamon. Add hot cider and rum, and serve.
