A rough blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah (there are a few other varieties in there), the 2021 Ventoux Terrasses offers a juicy Grenache nose of ripe red and black berries, peppery herbs, and violets, with some chalky minerality that comes through on the palate. Medium-bodied, lively, and fresh, with good density, it delivers ripe tannins and a great finish. It should easily be an outstanding wine.

A well-crafted, focused and lively Ventoux red with notes of dark cherries, currants, wild herbs and baking spices. Medium-bodied with finely grained tannins. Textural and focused with a transparent character. Vivid and well composed.

The classic 2022 Ventoux Terrasses checks in as a normal blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah that was raised all in concrete tank and inox. Its deep ruby hue is followed by a ripe, spicy, peppery, medium-bodied red that has tons of Provençal charm, ripe tannins, nicely integrated acidity, and outstanding length. It picks up a kiss of spring flowers and violets with time in the glass and is another seriously good wine from this team that way over-delivers.
