Established in 1928, Bodegas Valentin Bianchi is one of the oldest and most important wineries in South America. Located in Mendoza, Argentina, the winery has become a symbol of tradition, nobility and quality. Today, Don Valentin Bianchi's three grandsons run the winery. The Sensual portfolio is 100% estate wine and sourced from vineyards situated at around 2,493 feet above sea level in Rama Caida, San Rafael, Mendoza. Rama Caida is one of the coolest areas in San Raphael and its soils are a sandy calcareous composition of alluvial origins. At harvest, the grapes are hand harvested and sorted twice before crushing and the wines are fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
