The white blanc de noirs Reserve White Malbec was produced with red grapes, a new category and dimension of Malbec vinified as white. Made with grapes from Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco, this fermented in stainless steel and was bottled unoaked. The wine has only 10.5% alcohol, with notable acidity and freshness and a touch of residual sugar (three grams). I don’t think I’ve seen a paler white; it’s really transparent, light, fresh, vibrant and easy to drink. It has notes of green apples and fresh yellow berries with a nose that reminiscent of sake!
